Scooters Bars are very pleased to support Pattaya 24/7 and their fundraising, and to continue our ongoing support to The Father Ray Foundation.

The Father Ray foundation is a long standing Pattaya charity and is renowned for its unceasing work to improve the lives of disadvantaged children in Thailand. The first child arrived in 1974, and for the next twenty nine years Father Ray worked tirelessly to provide a home for the homeless and an education for the uneducated. He became ‘father’ to hundreds or orphaned babies, neglected children and abused teenagers. He became a hero to many people living with a disability.

Some of these children have a mother and a father. But their fathers have never thought of them, and their Mothers have never loved them. They are one of those small sectors of humanity so deserving of pity and help.

The foundation offers;
A children’s Home
Education, health & medical care
A day centre and a drop in centre
A dedicated centre for those with special needs

Above all the foundation offers disadvantaged and orphaned children a chance to rebuild their confidence to hold their heads high and be equals in society.
Their motto is simply this - We never turn a needy child away
